  • Please make any order changes or cancellations prior to shipping and by phone on +61 (0)403801083, not email, as soon as possible please. 
  • Items may be returned in original condition for a replacement or a full refund. Please contact Julie Cane by phone +61 (0)403801083, or Email hello@juliecane.com prior to returning goods to make arrangements. Please return the item carefully packed in original packing.

All products sold by Julie Cane are painted by Julie or reproduced with her permission from her artwork. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. Insurance can be arranged if required. For shipping damage, customers should file a claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Julie Cane within 24 hours. All packages will be shipped the next business day after the following have been achieved

 

  • The delivery method has been finalised,
  • reproductions (where applicable) have been printed and received from the printers (1-2weeks),
  • funds have been cleared.
    Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from Julie Cane acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

 

  • This warranty does not cover: the installation of the product; or conditions resulting from consumer mishandling such as misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping Returns

 

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
