I had a great time this morning viewing Amanda van Gils latest show of stunning landscape paintings, though there is so much more to them than just landscapes. The emotion, use of colour, gesture and contrast are enthralling. It is only on this week at the janmantongallery in Tenerife, Brisbane. Open 10am-4pm if you are in the area I recommend a visit.
